We have two grades of high quality glow in the dark anti-slip tape, Super Grade and Premium Grade.

Each provides a different level of luminescence. This allows you to choose the most cost effective product for your needs.

Both grades offer levels of illumination that exceed the regulatory requirements of photo-luminescent materials for commercial applications.

Photo-luminescent materials for commercial applications are gauged from the OSH1910 regulation, which gets technical information from ASTM 2072, stipulating that levels of luminescence for photoluminescent products, measured in mcd/m2 (millicandela per square meter), must perform within a 60 minute time frame, from 30mcd/m2 to 4.4mcd/m2.

Our technical specifications for both super grade and premium grade are:

Both products exceed regulatory requirements. DIN 67510 standards are surpassed by a large margin. Premium Grade Glow in the Dark Anti-Slip Tape received a class C certification, with an afterglow lasting up to 1800 minutes, and Super Grade Glow in the Dark Anti-Slip Tape’s after glow lasted for up to 450 minutes, achieving a class A certification.

The different types of marking materials we feature on our dual purpose anti-slip tiles are:

• Reflective strips
• Glow in the dark sections
• Hazard chevron reflective strips

Including two different types of material on one tile uses the different tapes to complement each other. Not only do you have a reliable anti-slip surface but, you have two great warning tapes as well. The reflective tape is good for alerting someone during the day, due to the high reflective levels, and the glow in the dark tape allows visibility in the dark.

Our four stock sizes are:

• 140mmx140mm (5.5″x5.5″) with a yellow reflective stripe near one leading edge
• 150mmx610mm (6″x24″) with black/yellow chevron stripe and also a reflective strip
• 150mmx610mm (6″x24″) with a photoluminescent (glow in the dark) stripe
• 150mmx610mm (6″x24″) with a reflective stripe and a photoluminescent stripe

Glow Line safety-grip Tape

• Use of two contrasting colours makes it highly visible
• The least expensive photo-luminescent anti-slip material
• By using a thinner strip of Egress tape, cost is reduced
• Uses less of the expensive photo-luminescent product
• The use of black standard safety-grip in the construction of Glow Line anti-slip tape ensures optimum grip.
• We use photo-luminescent Egress tape as the center line then surround that with our black standard anti-slip coating.

The center glow in the dark stripe is 10mm wide, with the black on either side at 20mm each making the entire product width 50mm.

Other widths and stripe formats can be provided with minimum order quantities.

• Egress Tape is “smooth” glow in the dark marking tape.
• An inexpensive product
• Intended for use where “illumination” is desired but, anti-slip is not required

Intented for non-walking surfaces to assist in people finding their way to safety in a fire or power-outage situation like;

Glow in the Dark Safety Grip Tape

• Ensures that walkways, stairways, entrances and exits are illuminated in a power outage emergency
• Materials used are non-toxic
• No phosphorous or radioactive material
• Takes very little time to “charge” by absorbing artificial or natural light (approx. 2 hours)
• Emits a strong photo-luminescent reaction to illuminate stair nosings, door surrounds, walkways, stairways, skirting boards, entrance/exit ways etc.
